Redeeming Rewards
With the Cash Back Anytime feature, cash back can be redeemed to your account at any time, as long as you’ve accumulated at least $25 and your account is open and in good standing. This means you no longer have to wait for an annual payout in November.
The welcome bonus cash back is awarded separately from your regular rewards. Your regular cash back posts as usual on each statement, while the bonus portion becomes available for redemption approximately four months after your account open date.
For example, if you buy groceries during the welcome bonus period, you’d earn 1% regular cash back that can be redeemed once you reach the $25 threshold, plus 4% bonus cash back that becomes available for redemption about four months after you open the account, for a total welcome bonus rate of 5%.
