I flew ANA 787 business class from Vancouver to Tokyo and then onwards to Kuala Lumpur.
On this journey, it weighed quite heavily on me that I’d be flying a Japanese airline via Tokyo with no possibility of entering Japan for my layover, so I resolved to make up for it by eating my way through the Japanese cuisine on ANA’s onboard menu.
