Josh stumbled into Miles & Points as a relentless maximizer, enjoying the thrill of the game almost as much as travel itself. He’s quickly developed a shrewd strategy, and with it a knack for sharing his ideas with others.
At Prince of Travel, Josh works closely with founder Ricky on guiding the direction of the company. Day-to-day, his responsibilities include overseeing the design and delivery of our products and services, building internal systems, developing the website, and working on new initiatives.
Josh has long been inspired by the whole spectrum of what it means to be a global citizen, from an abstract grasp of how societies work, to primal basics like good food, good views, and good company. His travel style is all over the place – equally at home in a metropolis or in the wilderness, in First Class or on a road trip, with Titanium hotel status or in a hostel, as a weekend warrior or doing a deep dive. He’ll go anywhere once and most places twice.
When he’s not travelling (and often when he is too), Josh enjoys outdoor recreation, landscape photography, and the local craft beer scene around his home in Vancouver.
